1. Hatha Yoga
Hatha is the most classic yoga. In many sources, hatha yoga is considered to be a set of psychophysical techniques to calm the vibrations of the mind and prepare for practicing raja yoga. Others indicate that hatha yoga is an integral system that leads to samadhi and mukti (moksha). Hatha yoga practices include shatkarmas, asanas, bandhas, mudras and pranayamas, as well as elements of pratyahara, dharana and dhyana. In all practices there are elements of work with consciousness (concentration of attention, conscious perception). It is also prescribed for the practitioner to observe yamas and niyamas

2. Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga is one of the directions of yoga, a system of exercises designed to raise the kundalini energy from the base of the spine through regular meditation practice, pranayamas, asana complexes and mantra chanting. The energy of kundalini must gradually pass through all subsequent chakras up to the highest (sahasrara), where it must merge with the deity, as well as the controlled suspension of the yogi's own consciousness. In the Western world, Kundalini Yoga became famous in particular through Yogi Bhajan, who in 1969 founded the Healthy, Happy, Blessed Charity Foundation in the United States, an organization that teaches yoga
